Midterms have me stressing!
I plan to spend the entire weekend studying ugh! I'm genuinely stressing for real because I have to write an over 6 page essay and do a 10 minute presentation next week! I also have to take a math test today, so I'm trying to do some last minute studying before I take it!😅 If I pass it then I will be able to test out of the class and be done with it for the semester.

This remix is the ultimate bisexual anthem! I love it! It is such a fun song, and Chappell's added verse makes it so relatable as a bi girly! I love the music video! The color and aesthetic were amazing!

Today is Indigenous Peoples Day!
In honor of today, I want to talk about the Indigenous Peoples Day Sunrise Gathering held on Alcatraz Island in San Fransisco. This ceremony is held every year on Indigenous Peoples Day to share our ongoing struggles to protect scared lands and ways of life in the face of 534 years of genocide in the Americas and to honor the original occupation of Alcatraz (1969-1971), which sparked the international Indigenous Peoples' rights movement.
I have had the honor to participate in this gathering 4 times over the years. This ceremony starts with many people gathering on Alcatraz Island to sing and dance while the sun rises. This gathering is beautiful because you get to be around many different natives and celebrate.
Some of my favorite memories I have from this gathering over the years are:
Dancing and singing on the island
Being up early and drinking hot chocolate while riding the ferry to the Alcatraz Island
Watching the sunrise from a beautiful view
And one Year Colin Kaepernick (quarterback) went to the gathering to celebrate with us!
I haven't been to this gathering in a few years, but I hope I can go next year!

Hey Divas,
I am officially entering my gothic horror romance era!!
Last night I watched the movie Crimson Peak for the first time because my theater was doing a rerun of it and I loved it! I hate that I barely discovered this movie now because it came out in 2015?! I have watched a few gothic horror movies, but this fall/winter, I really want to get into it more by watching more movies and reading more books with this vibe!
This movie is just so aesthetic and so gothic I love it! The wardrobe, the actors, the setting was amazing! I loved how haunting and beautiful the shots were. It was all about romance, ghosts, betrayal and secrets!

I decided to make a calendar for my fall watchlist!
I plan to watch at least one fall movie or show a day to celebrate this month! I definitely will still be watching my other fall shows and movies not on this calendar too! I have so many shows I have been meaning to watch this fall. I also decided that I want to try watching some more horror movies even though I'm a scaredy cat lol.
